The Board of Elegant Marbles and Grani Industries at its meeting held on 11 November 2023 has approved a proposal for buyback of up to 6,97,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for a cash consideration not exceeding Rs 26.83 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 385 per equity share.
