AU Small Finance Bank allots 1.13 lakh equity shares under ESOS

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,13,932 equity shares under ESOS on 26 September 2024.

The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,43,42,33,580 to Rs. 7,43,53,72,900.
