Amber Enterprises India acquires further stake in Ever Electronics

Amber Enterprises India has acquired an additional 20.22% equity stake in Ever Electronics from existing shareholder of EVER i.e. Hyun Chul Sim, on 24 May 2024.

Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the Amber in EVER stands increased from 70% to 90.22%.
