Board of Gujarat Pipavav Port recommends final dividend

Of Rs 3.7 per share

Gujarat Pipavav Port announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3.7 per equity Share (i.e. 37%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
