Board of Great Eastern Shipping Company recommends interim dividend

Of Rs 10.8 per share

Great Eastern Shipping Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 10.8 per equity Share (i.e. 108%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
