Tega Inds subsidiary inks service supply contract with NMDC

Tega Industries said that its subsidiary Tega McNally Minerals (TMML) has entered into a contract as a consortium member with NMDC, India's largest producer of iron ore.


The contract is for design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of new 7 MTPA iron ore screening & beneficiation plant at Donimalai Complex, Bellary, Karnataka, on turnkey basis.

Kalpataru Projects International is the consortium leader. The contract is required to be executed over a period of 26 months.

The total value of the contract awarded to the consortium is approximately Rs 871.6 crore. TMML’s share of business in the said contract is Rs 119.9 crore.

Tega Industries is engaged in the activity of designing, manufacturing and installation of process equipment and accessories to cater the mineral processing, mining, material handling and environment industries.

The company's consolidated net profit rose 15.83% to Rs 89.49 crore on a 27.89% increase in revenue to Rs 506.98 crore in Q4 FY24 over Q4 FY23.

The scrip had declined 1.56% to end at Rs 1599.50 on the BSE today.
