Vijaya Diagnostic Centre has allotted 1,70,384 equity shares under ESOP on 03 May 2024. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 10,23,45,693/- to Rs 10,25,16,077/-.
