Thermax incorporates step-down subsidiary - Thermax Vebro Polymers India

Thermax announced that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued certificate of incorporation in the name of “Thermax Vebro Polymers India” (TVPIPL) on 18 July 2024. Accordingly, TVPIPL has become a wholly owned step down subsidiary of the Company.
