Thermax announces cessation of directors

With effect from 21 July 2024

Thermax announced the cessation of Nawshir Mirza (DIN: 0044816) and Dr. Jairam Varadaraj (DIN: 00003361) as Non-Executive, Independent Directors of the Company upon completion of their second term of 5 years at the close of business hours of 21 July 2024.
