Quess Corp allots 61,657 equity shares under ESOP

Quess Corp has allotted 61,657 equity shares under Quess Stock Ownership Plan-2020. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 148,687,335 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,486,873,350.
