NHC Foods has allotted 47,42,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Re 1 per equity share pursuant to the rights issue. Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 11,85,50,000 to Rs 59,27,50,000 by addition of 47,42,00,000 equity shares.
