Kirloskar Industries has allotted 18,789 equity shares under ESOP on 15 July 2024. Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 99,36,896 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 9,93,68,960 to 99,55,685 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to ₹ 9,95,56,850.
