Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announces cessation of director

With effect from 16 November 2024

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that consequent upon completion of tenure of office on 15 November 2024, Vimla Pradhan (DIN 09398793), Vivekananda Biswal (DIN 00977767), Bechan Lal (DIN 09397116) & Ramdarshan Singh Pal (DIN 09400298) have ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company effective 16 November 2024.
