Board of Rishiroop recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.1.80 per share

Rishiroop announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.80 per share (i.e.18%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
