Board of NBCC (India) approves increase in authorised share capital

At meeting held on 27 June 2024

The Board of NBCC (India) at its meeting held on 27 June 2024 has approved increase in authorised share capital to Rs 1,000 crore dividend into 1,000 crore equity shares of Re 1 each and consequent alteration in Memorandum of Association of the company, subject to the approval of shareholders.
