Board of HCL Technologies recommends Interim Dividend

Of Rs.12 per share

HCL Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 July 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.12 per share (i.e.600%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
