Board of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.3 per share

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.3 per share (i.e.30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
