Aditya Birla Renewables allots NCDs aggregating Rs 2,500 cr

Grasim Industries announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aditya Birla Renewables has allotted 2,50,000 Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures bearing a face value of Rs. 1 lakh each for an aggregate amount of Rs. 2,500 crore on private placement basis on 24 September 2024.
