Aarti Industries allots 13,178 equity shares under ESOP

Aarti Industries has allotted 13,178 equity shares under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,81,25,86,065/- divided in to 36,25,17,213 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
