Board of Tata Consultancy Services recommends interim dividend

Of Rs 10 per share

Tata Consultancy Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 July 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
