Board of Sula Vineyards recommends final dividend

Of Rs 4.5 per share

Sula Vineyards announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.5 per equity Share (i.e. 225%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
