Board of Shriram Finance recommends interim dividend

Of Rs 22 per share

Shriram Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 October 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 22 per equity Share (i.e. 220%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
