Board of Happy Forgings recommends final dividend

Of Rs 4 per share

Happy Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
