Tube Investments of India allots 3340 equity shares under ESOP

Tube Investments of India has allotted 3,340 equity shares under ESOP on 30 April 2024. With this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 19,34,02,216 to 19,34,05,556 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 19,34,02,216/- to Rs. 19,34,05,556/-.
