Muthoot Finance update on issuance of USD 650 million Senior Secured Notes

Muthoot Finance has approved the pricing of USD 650 million 7.125% Fixed Rate Notes due 2027/28 (Notes) under the USD 2 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme (GMTN Programme). The issue price is 99.95%. The tentative date of allotment is 14 May 2024.
