Capri Global Capital allots 41.24 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Capri Global Capital has allotted 41,24,69,986 fully paid up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 82,49,39,972 equity shares of Re 1 each.
