Board of Welspun Living approves buyback of up to Rs 278.44 cr

At meeting held on 24 July 2024

The Board of Welspun Living at its meeting held on 24 July 2024 has approved the buyback of 1,26,55,970 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 220 per share for an aggregate amount of not exceeding Rs 278.44 crore.
