Board of V-Guard Industries recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.1.40 per share

V-Guard Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.40 per share (i.e.140%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
