Board of Tata Chemicals approves fund raising up to Rs 2000 cr via NCDs

At meeting held on 29 April 2024

The Board of Tata Chemicals at its meeting held on 29 April 2024 has approved the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, for an amount up to Rs 2,000 crore.
