Board of Sharat Industries recommends Interim Dividend

Of Rs.0.25 per share

Sharat Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2023, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.25 per share (i.e.2.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
