Board of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.1.24 per share

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.24 per share (i.e.12.40%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
