Board of Oberoi Realty recommends Second Interim Dividend

Of Rs.2 per share

Oberoi Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 October 2024, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.20%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
