Board of Kajaria Ceramics approves increase in investment of Keronite Tiles

At meeting held on 07 May 2024

The Board of Kajaria Ceramics at its meeting held on 07 May 2024 has approved increase in the limits of investment in Keronite Tiles (KTPL), from Rs. 50 crore to Rs. 65 crore, in one or more tranches, through subscription/acquisition of securities of KTPL and/or granting of loan to KTPL, subject to compliance of applicable laws.
