Board of Greenpanel Industries recommends Interim Dividend

Of Rs.1.50 per share

Greenpanel Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 January 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.150%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
