Board of Esab India recommends Second Interim Dividend

Of Rs.24 per share

Esab India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2024, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.24 per share (i.e.240%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
