Board of Elecon Engineering Company recommends Final Dividend

Of Rs.2 per share

Elecon Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 April 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
