Bajaj Finance allots NCDs

On Private Placement Basis

The Debenture Allotment Committee of Bajaj Finance at the meeting held on 28 October 2024 has allotted 6,020 NCDs at face value of Rs.10 Lakh each and 75,000 NCDs at face value of Rs.1 Lakh each, aggregating to ₹ 1,384.17 crore on private placement basis.
