Apar Industries has allotted 18,99,696 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 5,264 per equity share, i.e., at a premium of Rs 5,254 per equity share [(which includes a discount
of Rs 276.33 per equity share (4.99 % of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) to the floor price)], aggregating to approximately Rs 999.99 crore, pursuant to the QIP Issue.
Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 38,26,86,190 consisting of 3,82,68,619 equity shares to Rs
40,16,83,150 consisting of 4,01,68,315 equity shares each.
