Board of Kajaria Ceramics recommends final dividend

Of Rs 6 per share

Kajaria Ceramics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 600%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
