Board of Indian Bank recommends final dividend

Of Rs 12 per share

Indian Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 12 per equity Share (i.e. 120%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
