Board of Godrej Consumer Products recommends interim dividend

Of Rs 10 per share

Godrej Consumer Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 1000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
