Board of DCM Shriram recommends final dividend

Of Rs 2.6 per share

DCM Shriram announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.6 per equity Share (i.e. 130%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
