Board of CRISIL recommends Second Interim dividend

Of Rs 8 per share

CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 July 2024, inter alia, have recommended the Second Interim dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 800%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
