The principal amount of the NCDs to be issued in terms of the Prospectus together with all interest due on the NCDs, as well as all costs, charges, all fees, remuneration of Debenture Trustee and expenses payable in respect thereof shall be secured by way of first ranking pari passu charge with existing secured creditors/lenders, on all present and future, loan Receivables, Receivables from investment in debentures, Receivables from investments in the units of AIFs, balance with banks, fixed deposits and any other present and future receivables, such that a security cover to the extent of 1 (one) time of the outstanding principal amounts of the NCDs and all interest due and payable thereon is maintained at all times until the redemption of NCDs. |
