Net profit of Arman Financial Services declined 13.45% to Rs 1.03 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 1.19 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales declined 1.80% to Rs 3.82 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 3.89 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
