Godrej Properties net profit rose 324.45% to Rs 26.91 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 6.34 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales declined 2.83% to Rs 56.24 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 57.88 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
