NTPC net profit rises 20.37% in the June 2012 quarter

Sales rise 12.62% to Rs 15959.96 crore

NTPC net profit rose 20.37% to Rs 2498.67 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 2075.78 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales rose 12.62% to Rs 15959.96 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 14171.49 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
