Wendt India net profit declined 23.82% to Rs 3.07 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 4.03 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales declined 0.72% to Rs 22.15 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 22.31 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
