Aarti Drugs net profit rose 17.81% to Rs 7.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 6.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 38.97% to Rs 199.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 143.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 0.04% to Rs 22.46 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 22.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 32.80% to Rs 659.26 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 496.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. The company has already published pre merger results and now the company has published post merger results
