For the Audited full year,net profit declined 14.29% to Rs 0.42 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 0.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 25.56% to Rs 11.91 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 16.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
